STAFF

The college is headed by the Principal who oversees the daily affairs of the college while the Director of Studies works hand in and hand with the Head Teacher to run the affairs of the Junior School i.e. Nursery and Primary Section.

With the crop of highly qualified, talented and well-motivated Staff and a combination of first class facilities, our students are well-tutored and motivated to achieve excellent grades.

Christ Ambassadors International College and her sister school Juniors International School both have a Staff strength of over one hundred (100) teaching and non-teaching running through the three arms of the group namely the Nursery, Primary and Secondary.

There are four departments created to ensure a smooth run of the school namely Academics, Administration, Finance and the Halls of Residence (Boarding). The Principal who is responsible to the College Board heads the school’s academic and non-academic staff. Our tutors who are specialists in their various fields and under the headship of the principal determine the academic tone of the school.

With the ratio 1:10 in a class room of at most 25 students, both the students and tutors enjoy a close relationship. The students enjoy close monitoring and supervision while the tutors are free from the frustration of large classes, thus giving the teachers maximum job satisfaction.

Seminars and workshops are also organized from time to time to ensure and sustain the efficiency of tutors. Outstanding tutors receive awards at the end of the session to acknowledge, appreciate and motivate the tutors towards achieving a greater level of excellence.

Guidance Counsellor

This college as a Bible believing school and Christian organization considers godly character, good conduct and high academic standards, as very important in the life of every student in the school.

The school therefore has a Guidance Counsellor to help ensure both emotional and academic stability. Besides class or group counselling, there are also opportunities for individual counselling sessions.

Students are also guided in choice of subject combinations in relation to the various vocations. Please feel free to ask questions where necessary or send us an email
