Proprietress and Chief Executive Officer
Evangelist Mrs. Lillian Bademosi is the Proprietress and Chief Executive Officer of Juniors and Christ Ambassadors International Group of Schools, Ibadan. She is unflinchingly driven by the values of excellence and integrity, among others. Mrs. Bademosi is very passionate about nurturing the minds of children and young adults for attaining academic excellence and peak performance in their respective career pursuits. She has about fifty-four years aggregate experience of providing excellent educational services to pupils and students from within and outside Nigeria. ‘ Success stories’ abound in respect of the academic and life accomplishments of pupils/students (now graduates) who have benefitted from the quality services of the Group of Schools under her leadership. She currently leads a ‘Teaching and Non-Teaching’ workforce of one hundred and seventy members.
She is a 1983 graduate of London College of Journalism and Mass Communication and has contributed immense value to the enterprise of educating, informing and entertaining people through the airwave. While in the broadcasting industry, she discovered her passion to work with children, especially the planning and presentation of education-related programmes. The need to do justice to a family commitment as well as leverage on the opportunity to make greater and lasting impact on children through the delivery of exceptional educational services led her to set up Juniors International Nursery and Primary School in May 1988; and subsequently Christ Ambassadors International College in September 1998 with the full support of her husband, Dr. Yele Bademosi, of ‘blessed memory.’
In addition to leading the Group of Schools, Evang. Lillian Bademosi wears the leadership caps of other organisations as follow: Yele & Lillian Bademosi Foundation; Well of Salvation Evangelical Ministries; Zoe Specialist Mission Hospital; Elect Ladies Fellowship; and Wellsradio (online station for now). She is God-fearing, responsible, diligent, and dogged. She preaches the gospel of Jesus Christ and encourages people to have a personal and loving relationship with their Creator.

Head of College (HoC)
Mr. Christian Ojim is the Head of College (HoC) Learning at Christ Ambassadors International College. He has a passion for raising students that are academically vibrant, emotionally stable, and morally upright. He has epitomized this by providing qualitative insertions into how tutors could improve on content planning and delivery, using relevant school data and result oriented practices. Mr. Ojim is a highly motivated and creative professional with a wealth of experience spanning over fifteen years. He is an outstanding English Language teacher with a track record of raising students’ attainment. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters from the University of Ibadan. This is in addition to a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the National Teachers’ Institute, Kaduna. Mr. Ojim has an extensive curriculum experience, certifications, trainings workshops and CPD leadership skill. This has enabled him to line-manage subjects including English Language and the Humanities. He is registered and licensed as a teacher by the Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria.

Group Administrator
Mrs Bimbo Adeagbo is the Group Administrator at Juniors and Christ Ambassadors International Group of Schools. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Master of Art degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Jos. She was seconded to the group of Schools from Wellsradio where she worked as the Administrator and Director of Programmes. She is well organised, highly motivated, and hardworking individual who is also passionate about lending her voice to training children. She has an in-depth work experience in operational and administrative management. She is also an insatiable reader.

Deputy Head of College
Mr. Akande is the Deputy Head of College. He has a reputation among past and present students for possessing a knack to teach Mathematics and Further Mathematics effectively. He has over sixteen years’ teaching experience. He holds a National Certificate of Education in Mathematics/Chemistry, and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from University of Ibadan. He is also an IGCSE Certified Teacher and seasoned WAEC examiner of Mathematics and Further Mathematics subjects. Having successfully completed his Accounting Technician Scheme (ATS), he attained the status of an AAT Certified Member (of ICAN). Mr. Akande is very skilful in the use of various Computer Applications and e-learning resources for teaching Mathematics and Further Mathematics. Aside from teaching, He actively supervises teaching/learning sessions of the college with emphasis on Science Subjects.

Senior Assistant Head of College (Boarding Academics & Co-curricular)
Mr Olugbenga Oduneye is the Senior Assistant Head of College, Boarding Academics & Co-curricular. He assumed duty as a Geography teacher in Christ Ambassadors International College in 2007. He possesses a Bachelor of Science from Ogun State University now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from National Teachers Institute, Ibadan. He has been instrumental in the academic and character grooming of students through effective teaching, participation and coordination of various school programmes, excursions, leadership training programs, sporting activities in the last nineteen years. Mr. Olugbenga Oduneye became a member of the college’s Management team in 2023.
As the Senior Assistant Head of College, Boarding Academics and Co-Curricular he is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes academic excellence, personal growth, and holistic development. With a passion for education and student development, he works closely with students, teachers, and staff to ensure that our boarding program provides a nurturing and challenging experience that prepares students for success in all aspects of life. His role involves overseeing academic programs, co-curricular activities, and student life, with a focus on creating opportunities for students to discover their passions, develop their talents, and build lasting relationships. He is committed to helping students achieve their full potential and become confident, compassionate, and responsible leaders in their communities.
Through his work, he aims to create a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity, creativity, and academic rigor. He believes that every student has unique strengths and abilities, and he is dedicated to helping them identify and develop their talents. Senior Assistant Head of College (Admissions, Careers & Examinations)
Mrs. Amarachi Ijeoma Simon is the Senior Assistant Head of College, Admissions, Careers & Examinations. She has work experiences that span both educational and non-educational organisations. She collaborates with all the academic heads of the College to supervise all teaching and learning programmes channelled towards the preparation of all internal and external examinations; coordinates all registrations, student records, and external examinations; and provides career/behavioural counselling services to students. She possesses a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies and a Master's degree in Communication and Language Arts from the Obafemi Awolowo University and the University of Ibadan, respectively.

Head of Operations
Mr. Edidiong Etim Edet currently serves as the Head of Operations at Juniors and Christ Ambassadors International Group of Schools. He holds a National Certificate of Education (NCE) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Business Education. With over 40 years of career experience, Mr. Edet's dedication to education spans two decades, establishing him as a seasoned educationist. Notably, he demonstrated exceptional skills during his initial tenure, supervising the construction project of Christ Ambassadors International College (CAIC) hostel and ensuring efficient facility maintenance for optimal operations.
In addition to his contributions to education, Mr. Edet showcased proficiency in property management for a few organisations in Rivers State and Cross River State. Also, during his time in Itam, Akwa Ibom State, he skillfully managed a team of security operatives in collaboration with the Nigerian Police Force, promoting community safety and security. Leveraging his diverse experiences, Mr. Edet plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational strategies and the overall corporate success of the Group of Schools. His unwavering integrity, diligence, and reliability are guided by strong principles rooted in godliness, earning him well-deserved recognition.

College Chaplain
Pastor Nwachukwu is an experienced worship leader, prayer warrior and minister of the Word of God to children, teenagers and adults within the academic and non-academic circles. He successfully pursued his WAEC ‘A’ Level studies at Federal School of Arts and Science, Ogoja, Cross River State and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan.
He did a great job of teaching for half a decade in the late 1980s and early 1990s. By God’s grace, Pastor Nwachukwu has been serving as the School Chaplain of the Juniors and Christ Ambassadors International Group of Schools since 2010. He is equally the Director of Missions, Well of Salvation Ministries, a sister organisation of the Group of Schools. He is widely travelled and has actively participated in several conferences and seminars. His academic background, ministerial experience, and spiritual fatherly care are, in no small measure, impacting the lives of students and personnel in the school community.
